Privacy Policy

SendAYear.com collects only the information needed to create, deliver, protect and maintain your eCards. We do not sell personal information or use eCard information for advertising or marketing.

When you send an eCard:

• We collect the recipient’s name and email address, sender name, selected year, cover and greeting, personal note, and the sender’s IP address.
• Recipient email addresses and sender IP addresses are normally kept for up to 90 days for delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention, then removed from the database.
• We do record whether and when an eCard has been opened, and note the first, most recent, and number of viewings.

Other eCard details may be retained so the recipient’s original eCard link continues to work. A record may be preserved when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to a complaint, protect the service, or comply with a lawful request. When you contact us, your information is emailed to us and isn't stored in our database.

SendAYear.com uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Information processed by Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
